WILC offers a comprehensive ecosystem of programs and services designed to support learners, families, educators, and communities in building inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed educational environments.

Services

At the heart of our work is the belief that every person, regardless of age, ability, or neurotype, deserves access to education that honors who they are. Through our Education Program, we extend that impact nationally, equipping teachers, caregivers, and organizations with the knowledge, tools, and resources to create genuinely inclusive spaces. We are committed to educating and equipping our broader community to become meaningfully neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+-affirming, and BIPOC-affirming, building a network of safe, celebratory spaces where every person is not just tolerated, but truly seen, valued, and welcomed. We offer 1:1 coaching for parents, educators, and businesses, IEP advocacy support, professional development grants, and community grants to help families access the therapies and evaluations they need. Our Community Partnership Program also connects families with a trusted network of affirming providers, specialists, and organizations.

Whether you are a family seeking support, an educator looking to increase your advocacy and inclusivity support, an organization ready to partner, or a community member who believes every learner deserves to thrive, we are here to help.

United Hands Together

Our Community Training program delivers customized, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming professional development designed specifically for your school, business, or organization — meeting your team exactly where they are to build genuinely inclusive, affirming environments for the people you serve.

Navigating the IEP process can feel overwhelming. Our 1:1 IEP Advocacy Coaching empowers parents and caregivers with the knowledge, language, and confidence to advocate effectively for their child's needs within the educational system.

We believe that access to knowledge should never be limited by finances. Our Scholarship Program supports professionals in pursuing continuing education opportunities that align with WILC's mission of inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed practice.
